My New Jeans/Top Size

Hey guys !!! I went to try in clothes the other day (which I never do) and found out I dropped two jeans and top sizes !!! Supreme 90 Day Core Dynamics and Total Body Workout Reviews



Hey guys I haven't been on the blog in a while. :( I'm trying to adjust to the new job and somewhat of lifestyle switch in the pass couple of weeks but I feel I have my system down now lol. Any who as promised I am giving you reviews over two new DVDs that have came up on the calendar recently. They are Core Dynamics and Total Body and overall these have to be my favorite ones :)

Core Dynamics: Uses the 30 seconds per exercise for 4-5 exercise and then following by a one minute rest. You will do about 5-6 cycles of this method. I have burn on average 250-300 cals for 30-35 minutes!! Now that's not bad at all. This workout uses what is call HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training, simply put it works your body to the max for 2-3 minutes than rest for one. This method have your body burning a large amount of cals in less amount of time. This is especial good for those who ultimate goal is to loss weight. This DVD will not only have you working your abs, you will also be working you butt, thighs, and lower back. Trust me when I say it is hard but feels amazing, there is not doubt that you are not getting a full core workout here.

Total Body: This workout uses the same method as Core Dynamics and therefore can be considered a HIIT as well. EVERYTHING on your body is being worked out here and trust that you will feel it! You will see come workouts that was in other DVDs as well as new ones. In this workout, a model instead of Tony takes the time out to show you the moves in each cycle during the one minute rest. I don't think I like that feature too much because I have gotten used to Tony showing the way lol. However my favorite exercise is featured in this workout which is called jump lounges. It is exactly what the name says it is so make sure you have enough room.

Supreme 90 Day Workout Reviews


Hey guys
New job has got me all out of whack so this next month (until I'm out of training) post and videos will be kind of random ( I have to get them in where they fit in lol). However, as promised I wanted to give you Supreme 90 Day DVD reviews. So far (Today will be day 9) I have encountered seven out of ten of the DVDs provided. Here are my feeling over the DVDs:

Overall review:
I am enjoying the program so far. The workouts are no longer then 45 mins. which is great when the best time to get them in is right before bed. I love workouts that you can fell afterwards which is definitely what happens. I can tell these workout works and can't wait for the results. Somethings I do not like is the expectation from the trainer that we fully know all of the workouts and whats coming next. Yes maybe after a month we can know what is coming next without being told but right now these are the first time going through these workouts. I would like if there was maybe a section where you can cues from the trainer on just on the screen of whats coming next. You don't know how many times I had to press pause just to catch up.

Review By DVD:
Chest/Back: Great workout ! A lot of the workouts I have never done before. You will be using both the workout Ball and dumbbells. Everything is at your own pace so you may start out slower then the guys on the DVD or do less reps then them. This workout is designed for you to get the perfect form not do the most reps.

Ultimate ball: VERY VERY HARD. Balance is key in these workouts. You will be using the workout ball (of course) and dumbbells. You may not get through the entire without stopping or falling but you are not expected to first starting out. I can't wait to be able to maintain my balance on these round things.

Tabata Inferno: Extreme !!! This workout is 30 sec workout and 30 sec rest. 30 sec. may seem small but it is very long when you are doing it. Get ready to sweat bullets!

Shoulders/Arms: One of my favorites so far! I love the way the workouts made by upper body feel. This so no walk in the park but you will love the feelings once your done.

Cardio Challenge: This is 20 sec workout and 10 sec rest. Your heart will not stop running during this workout. Oh and your legs will feel the burn....for days.

Legs: Was painful to go through after the day prior workout. Legs also was crying during these workouts.

Looks like these will be the only workouts used for a while. As soon as I encounter the other three a review will go up. :)

Supreme 90 first glance review



Hey guys ! So I few days ago I found the complete 10 DVD set of supreme 90 day challenge for $8 yes I said $8! Today I started the program and I will do a daily short update here on the blog and weekly/monthly videos on my YouTube channel.

So initial review:
The box includes the ten DVDs a nutritional guide and a chart with each day telling you what workout to do. I was upset that the program didn't give a list on of materials (workout ball, dumbbells, etc) needed for the program.

First workout:
Chest and Back was the first workout it was very intense. However the workouts were fast about a half an hour. Instructions were limited and can be a problem for a person first beginning but as the 90 days go on I feel I can pick up on the exercises.

Feeling after the workout:
I def felt this workout and started sweating really quick. I have high hopes for this program. Of course I don't think I will "get ripped" but I do feel I will drop some weight in the next 90 days.

Things to note:
I will not be following the nutrition plan for two reason: 1. Some of the items I am highly allergic to and 2. Almost every food item is extremely expensive. Also I will continue to be in the gym 3 days a week for an hour since I'm paying for it lol.

Follow me through this supreme 90 day challenge and see what can happen!!!

Landed a new job! Great! Now what to do with my hair?

So I will be starting a new job tomorrow and my first thought is "how will this company feel about my natural hair?" Let's face it natural hair may be consider "not professional" in some companies. Being that I am aware of this I wore a short, straight wig to my interview. I didn't want my chances of not landing a job be because of my hair not being approved. It's sad to say but we know it's all true.

So now that I have the position do I continue to wear my wigs or sport my natural hair? I'm leaning towards going in natural and letting my personality speak for me. This is who I am and I do feel I can be professional regardless of how this stuff grows out of my head. Natural Hair is PROFESSIONAL!! However the world is not quite accepting especially when it come to short nappy hair aka TWA lol

Love and Hip Hop: ATL Eps. 7

Ok Ok yes I am late but I just convinced myself to start a blog today so deal with it lol. I'm just going to start with this episode and go on from there. No need for me to recap if yal watched yal know what happened lol. 

So on with this episode. First thing I have to say is zzzzzzz lol how boring was this episode! It's like they just took a whole bunch of deleted scenes into one smh. I guess I'll start with Rasheeda and her husband Kirk, poor Kirk. I felt it was all the way wrong for her to even be seeing other management without talking to him. For one he is your manager and two and most importantly he is your husband. He had all the right to know her plans and if this was talked about early on it may had pan out differently. I am rooting for them to get pass this. 15 years is a loooonnng time to be with somebody, FIX IT RASHEEDA!!

Ok Karlie Redd, I just don't know how I feel about her. She finally gets a call from her manager who she said herself never had time for her, which is kind of a sign that she needs to stop. He explains that he heard she was talking to Benzino had that he was bad news for her career and something about him being "cold" smh. She claims they love each other and my thing is, although it seems too soon, if love is there it don't matter who see you with who. She goes back and tells Benzino what her manager said and he basically says forget them I love you and support you career, you know but all thuggish like lol. Although I didn't like his tone, he was absolutely right. Benzino goes on and gets her a meeting with Vince who is pretty big right now and Vince says he wants to work with Karlie. So much for Benzino being "cold" huh Mr. Manager? I like Benzino even though he looks weird but I do think they are moving too fast. Yes yal are old but damn yal can spare a year to get to know one another right? Next episode looks like a proposal can't wait to see what happens.

K. Michelle meets up with this baller guy for a date and before I blink she is kissing and on top is this guy! Oh Hell No! Now K. Michelle you my girl but ima need for you to stop now that's just not classy ok. Then cut scene she meets with her ex from college and now friend to talk about how she can't find the right man. Ahmmm?? by the looks of it you and the baller hit it off real nice AND you jumping on boys on the first date may be apart of the problem why you keep getting with no good men. You can't keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. K. Michelle has a lot of growing up to do but yet she is already at the age where she should be settling down. Before you know it you go be old like Karlie trying to find somebody. You better watch how to treat people. Karma is a true bitch.

We get a short view of Scrappy telling Shay(Buckey) about his child support issues. I am so pissed at Scrappy right now smh seriously. And did this guy say he only going to give his daughter $3,000!! That is chump change for a kid. Do he really think that is enough? Who can live off $3,000? My tuition is double that...plus some. I find Shay sooo unattractive since Flava of Love and now is no different. She is now double unattractive because she is supporting Scrappy not being there for his child. O_o excuse me? There is no way I will be with a guy who is not taking care of his own period dot. Thank God they spared us of Momma Dee this episode. Praise his name !!! lol Did yal see she was on the pole on WSHH?? Hot mess DOT COM. Let just move on from this mess...
   
Finally (since Erica, who is may all time fave girl, got limited air time) Mimi and Joseline. We start out with Joseline in the studio doing her... you know reggae-tone I guess music and of course it is behind Stevie J oh excuse me Stebie back. I have to agree with Joseline on this one, I do think Stebie thinks he owns her. Kudos to Joseline for doing her own thing, wait hold up.... did she just ask him is he go give up all of her body?....ummm yea I'm taking my kudos back. These jerks deserve one another. And Mimi come on now we all know you go take him back. That counseling session was pointless. Stebie is just one of them guys who will always be a dog and will not ever change. Sad but true. I like how they touched on both of the two relationships with their mother. I makes sense why a good girl like Mimi stays with a guy like Stebie and why a guy like Stebie acts the way he do. At least Stebie admitted to being a liar although non of us had to hear it to believe it.

Overall this episode was ehhh...dry and boring. I was just left thinking "That was it?" lol I was sure I didn't record all of it. Oh well This stuff is addictive I will be turned in next Monday.

Welcome! (First Entry)

Hey guys! Welcome to the Blog. Here is basically going to be posts where making a video need not fit ( such as a random thought while I'm on the go, or words will better explain then a video), I don't feel like editing (lol that takes a lot of time), or it is off topic from what I post on my channel.
